The Energy Reset Retreat is a restorative three-day coastal break designed to gently reset body and mind through movement, nourishment, fresh air and rest.
This weekend retreat blends practical nutrition, seasonal cooking, yoga, breathwork and time outdoors — all set against the dramatic beauty of Freshwater Bay.

Nourishment
Each morning begins with The Hydration Tonic, from Elixir Freshly Frozen. A refreshing blend of apple, pineapple, lime, mint, celery, romaine lettuce, coconut water and cucumber — designed to gently replenish and reawaken.Not a cleanse. Not restrictive. Just the good stuff.
Throughout the retreat, your breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in The Rock. You can expect seasonal, nourishing dishes and plenty of fresh Isle of Wight produce.
Movement & Air
Wellbeing begins with breath and movement.
Included in your stay:
- Friday evening wind-down yoga (Jenny Stewart)
A yoga flow designed to help guests let go of the day and any travel stress. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages deep relaxation and an extended sense of calm.
- Saturday beach breathwork & guided sea dip (Connor Grant)
This session will be drawing inspiration from the dramatic scenery of Freshwater bay as we transition from holotropic breathing at the rocky shore to the calmer inlets through deep belly breathing.
Session attendees will also have the opportunity to do a guided cold water immersion dip in the sea with Connor, where you will be focusing on breath control.
- Sunday morning Strengthen + Flo (Jenny Stewart & Evelyn Joyce)
A dynamic class combining strength training and yoga. You’ll begin with a warm-up yoga flow, move into a strength session, and finish with a cooling yoga stretch and a well-deserved savasana, all set to an energising playlist. Expect a session that balances both disciplines for a full holistic experience.

Connor Grant

Breathwork coach – breathwork and sea swim
Connor ‘Con’ is an oxygen advantage breathwork instructor and exercise psychology consultant. Having spent the last decade on the side of the pitch, court and river supporting professional athletes with their mental fitness and wellbeing. He brings an array of skills, exercises and knowledge of the nervous system to the wellness industry.
His breathwork sessions centre on “Three F’s” : Foci , Fire & Float. Incorporating elements of attentional control, pranayama and diaphragmatic breathing. Plus, mindful movement and music.
Having grown up on the Isle of Wight and part of the bustling sailing and surf community. Con has a deep affinity for this special island and its captivating coastline.
If not in the studio you can find Con teaching breathwork on the beach, at a festival or with his hands in the soil at a permaculture farm.
Jenny Stewart
Yoga instructor – Wind down yoga, Strengthen + flo

Jenny has been practising yoga for over 20 years and is a qualified 200+ hour Yoga Alliance teacher. Her classes blend dynamic vinyasa with hatha flow, creating a space where you can reconnect, reset and truly rest. Jenny’s intention is simple: to help you return to yourself. Expect thoughtful, creative flows that will gently challenge you, build strength and energy, and leave you feeling accomplished, balanced with moments of stillness and a deeply nourishing savasana. Her classes suit all levels, offering options to support you wherever you are in your practice. Rooted in island life, Jenny feels most at home by the sea, whether that’s a sunrise swim, paddleboarding through quiet lagoons, or sharing yoga against a beautiful coastal backdrop.
Evelyn Joyce
Personal trainer – Strengthen + flo

Evelyn is a Personal Trainer and functional fitness coach with a passion for strength training, particularly empowering women to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies. With a background in CrossFit and as a keen runner, Evelyn combines resistance training, functional movement and conditioning to build real-world strength and cardiovascular fitness. She is especially passionate about supporting women returning to exercise post-childbirth, helping them rebuild strength safely and sustainably. Beyond training, Evelyn is deeply interested in nutrition and loves creating delicious, nourishing meals and snacks that properly fuel an active body. When she’s not coaching, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen perfecting a new recipe – much to the delight of everyone at Balance + Glo!
