Black Tie at the Rock

Dance into 2026 in style at our spectacular New Year’s Eve Black Tie celebration at The Rock!

The evening begins at 6pm with welcome drinks, followed by an exquisite seasonal dinner crafted by our chefs to make your final meal of 2025 truly unforgettable.

At 8pm the casino tables open, with blackjack and roulette bringing a touch of glamour. From 9pm, enjoy live entertainment from Dean Ager, one of the UK’s finest Rat Pack tribute singers, keeping the dance floor alive until 12.30am. A fun magic mirror will also be on hand to capture the night’s highlights.

For guests driving, unlimited soft drinks are included. Whether you’re joining us for the party alone or making a night of it with an overnight stay, we have the perfect package to suit you.

Party tickets are £150 per person.

6 pm – Welcome Drinks

 Start your evening with a fizz cocktail or a refreshing non-alcoholic spritz on arrival. This is just the beginning of an evening filled with indulgence and fun.

7 pm – Dinner

Our talented chefs have curated a New Year’s Eve menu to tempt and delight. Choose from starters such as Winter Vegetable Broth, Crab Spaghetti or a Presse of Smoked Ham and Chicken with Winter Truffle.  Follow with mains such as Pan-Fried Fillet of Sea Bream, Roasted Rump and Braised Blade of Beef or a rich Roasted Squash and Sage Risotto. End on a sweet note with Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart or Lemon Panna Cotta and don’t miss the British cheese selection for the perfect finale!  This will be a dinner to remember.

Entertainment
After dinner the celebrations will really kick off!  From 9 pm to 12.30 am, Dean Ager will keep the dance floor buzzing with your favourite hits.  Feeling lucky? Head to the blackjack and roulette tables – open from 8 pm to 10 pm.  Don’t forget to strike a pose at our magic mirror; the perfect way to capture the night’s best moments.

Midnight Countdown

As the clock strikes midnight, raise a glass of champagne to welcome in the New Year!

All of this for £150 per person.  To make the evening even more special stay the night with us, rooms are available at £280.
